From July 2023 Google’s reporting platform Universal Analytics (UA) will no longer process data. 

Instead, it will be replaced by Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which was released by Google in October 2020, specifically designed to accommodate increased data privacy while providing insights produced by machine learning. Although all your old data will remain in UA, if your business doesn’t make the switch to GA4 by July 2023, you will lose future valuable data on your website performance. In fact, the sooner you switch, the better.

This guide will help you understand what you need to know about GA4, and ensure you have a smooth transition before 1 July 2023.
